Civil Engagement & Event Consultant
David Zou is the founder and president of Genesis Cultural Consulting LLC, where he provides strategic planning, program support, and community engagement services to organizations across the region. He is also the co-founder and former board chair of Quincy Asian Resources, Inc., bringing more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience and over 15 years of civic engagement work, including voter education, and get-out-the-vote initiatives.
David is a certified U.S. Immigration Court interpreter in Mandarin and Foochow, and he also speaks Cantonese. He serves the community as a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace.
A well-respected community leader, David has supported countless individuals and organizations in advancing their goals, mission, and vision.
