Kailey serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Asian American Association of Boston, where she helps guide the organization’s strategic direction and supports programs that celebrate Asian culture, strengthen community relationships, and promote inclusion across Greater Boston.
In her leadership role, Kailey contributes to a wide range of AAAB initiatives. She serves on the Gala Committee, supports community outreach, and plays an active part in grant and sponsorship writing to help expand the organization’s resources and partnerships. Kailey also assists in managing AAAB’s social media presence and website operations, contributing to stronger communications and broader community engagement.
Professionally, Kailey works as a Medical Records Supervisor at South Cove Community Health Center. Her experience in healthcare administration, combined with her commitment to equitable access and patient-centered care, reflects her dedication to serving Boston’s diverse communities.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kailey has a longstanding history of community involvement and volunteer service. Her work across various local organizations demonstrates her passion for giving back and supporting underserved communities.
