As Founder and CEO of NT Development, Nicholas leads a team responsible for Real

Estate Developing throughout The Greater Boston Area.

Nicholas is a licensed construction supervisor(CSL), and home improvement

contractor(HIC). He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Nicholas

has led his team to over a hundred projects involving multiple types of properties, such as

single-family, multifamily, condominium, modular home, commercial office building,

restaurant, etc. Nicholas's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the

cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Nicholas is still taking NT

Development to new heights.
