Board Member of the Asian American Association of Boston. Graduated from Southwest University in China in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture. In 1988, received a Master’s degree in Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 1988 to 1993, worked as an Assistant Researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Entomology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1996, earned a Ph.D. from Purdue University, USA. From 1996 to 1998, served as an Aquatic Insect Research Specialist at the University of Missouri. Since 1998, has founded Hoss Center USA and several subsidiaries, serving as President of Hoss Center. During this time, also held positions including Vice President of the Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs in the USA, Resident Writer at the Chinese Blog Literature Society, Senior Economic Development Advisor for Liujie Town, Dujiangyan City, Sichuan, China, Founder of the Tianqi Education Foundation, and Member of the U.S. Presidential Roundtable.

亞美會董事，1985年畢業於中國西南大學，獲得農學學士。1988 年 畢業於中國科學院，獲得理學碩士。1988年至 1993 年就職於中國科學院上海昆蟲研究所，任助理研究員。1996年畢業於美國普渡大學，獲得博士學位。1996至 1998年就 職於美國密蘇裡大學，任水生昆蟲研究專家。1998年至今創辦美國浩思中心及其若干子公司，並任浩思中心總裁。期間曾經兼任留美華人企業家協會副會長、中國博客文學會駐會作家、中國四川都江堰市柳街鎮高級經濟發展顧問、天齊教育基金會創始人、美國總統圓桌會議成員等。
