Information and Referral (I&R) Program 資訊與轉介計畫

AAAB's I&R Program serves as a vital resource hub for immigrant community members facing language and cultural barriers. It connects individuals and families to essential public and community services, including housing, healthcare, education, employment, and legal assistance, fostering self-sufficiency and integration.

Location & Hours: Quincy, 2 days per week, 2–3 hours per day
Start Date: February 2026

Civil Engagement & Event Consultant

David Zou is the founder and president of Genesis Cultural Consulting LLC, where he provides strategic planning, program support, and community engagement services to organizations across the region. He is also the co-founder and former board chair of Quincy Asian Resources, Inc., bringing more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience and over 15 years of civic engagement work, including voter education, and get-out-the-vote initiatives.

David is a certified U.S. Immigration Court interpreter in Mandarin and Foochow, and he also speaks Cantonese. He serves the community as a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace.

A well-respected community leader, David has supported countless individuals and organizations in advancing their goals, mission, and vision.

Our Volunteer

Bonnie Kwok (Ding Ding) is a well-known community leader and volunteer who has served Quincy and the surrounding areas for more than 15 years. We are delighted to welcome her as a Community Service volunteer with AAAB. Bonnie brings extensive experience assisting individuals with public housing applications, food voucher programs and other essential public resources.

With her expertise and dedication, she will help community members integrate more smoothly into society and enhance their overall quality of life.
